The samples arrive at the lab through mail (usually), postal parcel, messenger’s car or forwarding transport, four times a day. Following the arrival the samples are registred in our lab data system, Dynalab. In case something is unclear in the request the customer is contacted.

After the registration the analyses work starts by sample preparation, all depending on the method of choice, the samples are analysed according to method/type of element/s and the results are reported directly from the instruments into our lab data system. When all elements are analysed and the system shows SAMPLE COMPLETED the results are reported, upon receipt, to the customer through e-mail (usually) or fax. To 95% or more the reports are sent the same day as the sample arrives.
